Discovery
We will work with you to identify where your greatest needs are and how we can provide you with the greatest impact.

Review Expectations
Together we will create a plan for implementation, scope of engagement, and requirements. If a trial period makes sense the goals will be established.

Candidate Review
We will vet several candidates for your consideration and provide you with our assessment of their strengths and any potential areas for growth.

Onboarding
You will work with your Client Success Manager and new hires to get them set up in your system and provide any business specific training necessary. If you desire, one of our LOB Managers will also participate to ensure you have coverage during scheduled holidays.
5
Integration success
A few weeks after onboarding you will review the success criteria progress with your Account Executive. Ways to improve efficiency and expand the support we deliver will be implemented wherever possible.
